The Community Pharmacy Maternity Pilot is running in the Burton Upon Trent Area.
Referrals for eligible individuals will be sent to your generic shared inbox; it is therefore important that your pharmacy team has a process to regularly check this inbox for referrals so that you promptly contact the referred patient in accordance with the service specification.
Consultations are recorded on a web-based consultation tool. More information on this can be found by following the links in the information document.
