Community Pharmacy Services Coach – Elissa Pateman
I began my career journey in 2008 in an Independent Pharmacy in Biddulph, working on the counter and working around a young family with 2 children.
I eventually completed the dispenser Level 2 and Level 3 in Pharmacy Services.
In 2013 I was employed by North Staffs & Stoke and South Staffs LPC as the Healthy Living Pharmacy Facilitator. Working for the LPC opened the door for many opportunities and experience, I took on various other roles. I was chosen by the PSNC to be in the Leadership Academy.
After four years with the LPC I went back into Community Pharmacy full time and took on a Leadership role and during the Pandemic as the Pharmacy Manager.
In 2022 I took time out of Pharmacy to take care of family members who were poorly at the time.
In 2023 I decided to go back into employment and gained a role in a GP Surgery as a Clinical Coordinator which I really enjoy.
I live with my Husband and two kids, Jake is 18 and recently joined the police in Yorkshire. My daughter Isabella is just finishing her GCSE’s.
I really enjoy spending time with family and friends.
