Rafat Amiri Tabar

With a genuine passion for community health, I bring a wealth of experience from my time as the Pharmacist Manager at Well Pharmacy on Weston Road. A real highlight of my leadership there was being nominated as a ‘Rising Star’ for the 2025 Well Pharmacy Bestway Awards, an honour that truly reflects my commitment to the profession.

Currently, I’m enjoying a ‘best of both worlds’ approach to my career. While I’ve stepped into the PCN landscape to complete the PCEP course  and  advance my clinical skills, I remain firmly rooted on the front line, continuing to serve the community as a Pharmacist for Well. This dual perspective allows me to bridge the gap between primary care and local pharmacy, ensuring our patients get the best possible support. When I’m not at work, I’m usually found with a paintbrush in hand; painting is my favourite way to stay creative and keep a fresh perspective!
