Lucy Dean (Chair)
I graduated from Brighton University in 2004 and worked for Day Lewis until I returned to the family business, Dean & Smedley Ltd, in March 2009. I am the fourth generation pharmacist in our family and the fourth generation to run our business. Our ten pharmacies are all based within a 15 mile of Burton-on-Trent.
I joined the LPC, in my first ever position on an LPC, in May 2016 as the AIM representative and became Chair of South Staffordshire LPC a couple of years later. I was involved in the merger of South Staffordshire with North Staffordshire LPCs in July 2023 and was delighted to be elected Chair of the newly merged LPC.
Outside of work I live with my husband and my two boys. We enjoy spending time together as a family and going on holiday!
