Reminder regarding FreeStyle Libre 2 and Dexcom One product changes

FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus (FSL 2 Plus) has been launched and is prescribable on FP10. FSL 2 sensors are being discontinued in August 2025.
Dexcom One + has been launched and is prescribable on FP10. Dexcom One sensors were discontinued in May 2025.
There are some changes to the two devices and these are explained in more detail in this communication.
