The Health Literacy UK Conference 2027 will take place in Manchester on Thursday 4 March 2027.
Planning is now well underway, and we are starting to develop an exciting draft programme that will bring together practitioners, researchers, educators, policymakers and community leaders from across the UK and beyond. We are also pleased to let you know that our Call for Abstracts will open on 1 November 2026. We warmly encourage submissions that showcase research, evaluation, innovation, practice developments, community engagement and lived experience relating to health literacy. Whether you are new to health literacy or have been working in the field for many years, we hope you will consider sharing your work with colleagues from across sectors.
We are also pleased to confirm that conference registration will open in November 2026. Further details on ticket prices and how to book will be shared soon, and we encourage members to watch for announcements as places may be limited.
