Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi)

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) recommends that Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi) be offered as the first-line treatment for adults.
Patients can access CBTI with Dr Mike Oliver, a registered Health Psychologist (this is not a free service). More information can be found on CBTI Mike Oliver 2025
